Environmental and Sustainable
Single-use plastics are not permitted on our vessel as we are mindful of the impact of plastics on our oceans. We discourage guests from wearing sunscreens that contain oxybenzone (benzophenone-3, BP-3), butylparaben, octinoxate (ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate), and 4-methylbenzylidene camphor–all are chemicals that can harm coral. We also regularly consult with the local marine science community to be informed of best practices for interacting with our marine environment.
